The COVID Racial Data Tracker is a collaboration between the Atlantic's COVID Tracking project and the BU Center for Antiracist Research to collect and track COVID cases by race & ethnicity. You can find the project website here.
I lead a team of BU students on behalf of the BU Center for Antiracist Research to automate the data collection and quality checks of COVID Racial Data. We built functioning web scrapers for CSV/Excel and PDF formats as well as data quality checkers to find outliers.
